With 10 years of teaching yoga behind her, Xu is one of the most qualified and experienced of instructors in her field, backed up with a plethora of certificates, such as the Asia Pacific senior yoga instructor certificate, the E-YTQR international advanced pregnancy yoga certificate, advanced studies for female yoga, watsu physiotherapist, shoulder and neck function rehabilitation course, sonic healing amongst others. She has been an avid participant of many international yoga conferences where she has had the chance to learn and deepen her skills in her field.
Xu lives and breathes yoga, literally and her many specialties include pregnancy yoga, respiratory therapy, sound therapy and rehabilitation of shoulder and neck function, all of which she brings with her during the sessions she conducts at SANGHA by OCTAVE.
