Embark on gastronomic adventure through 2,300 square meters of experiential dining space. 230 seats & a pop-up farmers markets provide what we source and use. 8 different stations of food and drink offer dishes from every latitude: raw, braise, grill & smoke, steam, the oven, saute & stir fry, the bakery, and beverage bar. At the heart of our vibrant community, The Village, Thought for Food Market provides everything from culinary and baking classes, Octave-made gourmet products, a wine cellar, world-class chefs and nutritionists, to flexible in and outdoor event spaces as well as communal or private dining areas.

FOOD SOURCING

At Thought for Food, our seasonal cuisine is carefully crafted with the intent of robust taste and mindful nutrition. Our ingredients are responsibly sourced and at times even organically grown. The nutrition value of our dishes is enhanced and validated by our nutritionist. Thought for Food serves gourmet, natural and organic dishes, with our Executive Chef personally supervising all food sourcing to ensure exquisite quality demonstrated by fully traceable ingredients. Vegetables, herbs and fruits are harvested from organic farms our Community Farm. Poultry, pork and seafood are carefully selected based on our core principles from people that are just as dedicated as us and we are keeping close relation with in order to know as much as possible about them.
